What we provide
Every deployment is structured around the site, the client, the risk and the standard of service required.
Access control, planned patrols and incident prevention for occupied or vacant sites. Officers work to site instructions, with clear shift handovers and agreed escalation procedures.
Event security across South Wales, planned around attendance, entry points and crowd movement. Risk-led staffing supports access checks, crowd safety and liaison with event organisers.
SIA-licensed door supervisors for Pembrokeshire’s licensed premises and hospitality venues. Venue-appropriate presentation, controlled entry and proportionate incident handling protect staff and guests.
Construction site security in Wales, covering gatehouse duties, perimeter patrols and plant protection. Briefings reflect site hazards, PPE requirements and the contractor’s working arrangements.
Appropriately SIA-licensed personnel to support client-owned and client-operated CCTV and control-room functions, subject to contract requirements. Observation, incident logging and escalation follow the client’s systems and instructions. This is personnel support, not a PSS-owned or operated monitoring centre.
Professional security for offices, commercial premises and facilities. Visitor management, access control and patrol duties are aligned with daily operations and client reporting requirements.
A coordinated security provision for multiple duties, sites or changing requirements. Staffing, supervision, contingency arrangements and audit-ready reporting are agreed around the actual risk.
Discuss a contractThe PSS approach
We focus on the things clients notice when security goes wrong: staffing reliability, clear instructions, escalation, reporting, supervision and accountability.
SIA licences are verified where required for the role. Site-specific briefings and ongoing training support the duties and standards agreed for the assignment.
Deployment plans are reviewed and stress-tested before work begins. Reserve staffing and contingency planning consider absence, changing site conditions and the practical demands of the contract.
Requirements, mobilisation and service delivery remain under identifiable PSS management, giving clients a clear route for communication, escalation and accountability.
We consider how your operation actually runs, including risks or service needs beyond the bare minimum contract wording. Duties, staffing and escalation are agreed with you before deployment.
Contract assurance
Our operating framework brings preparation, oversight and records together. Contract-specific arrangements are agreed before mobilisation.
Checks and documentation underpinning the deployment.
Practical preparation and accountable management.
An agreed record of attendance, activity and incidents.
Licence checks, briefings, records and reporting are structured around the duties and requirements of each contract.
Contract preparation
Good security starts before the first shift. We structure mobilisation around the site, the risk, the client’s requirements and the people being deployed.
Review the site, operating environment, risks, duties and client requirements.
Prepare risk assessments and safe systems of work around the site, identified hazards and agreed duties, and structure staffing, site instructions, escalation routes and contingency arrangements.
Verify the appropriate SIA licence where required for the role, then brief personnel against the site-specific assignment.
Mobilise the agreed team with named operational oversight, clear instructions and documented attendance.
Record incidents and service activity, review performance and use client feedback to improve delivery.
The scope and sequence of mobilisation are tailored to the agreed duties and contractual requirements. Risk assessments and safe systems of work are prepared around the individual site, assignment, identified hazards and agreed client arrangements, and relevant documentation is provided and reviewed as part of mobilisation where required.
